Sky Costanera sits inside Costanera Center, the largest shopping complex in Latin America, in the Providencia district of Santiago. The tower rises directly above the Mapocho River, roughly 6 km northeast of the historic Plaza de Armas. The surrounding neighbourhood is one of Santiago's most modern and well-connected commercial zones, bordered by the river to the north and the upscale El Golf business district to the south.

From Plaza de Armas station, take Line 1 (Red Line) in the direction of Los Dominicos and exit at Tobalaba. Follow the signs inside the station toward Costanera Center.

Several bus lines connect Plaza de Armas to Costanera Center, with services running approximately every 10 minutes throughout the day. You will need a Bip! card to board, as cash payments are not accepted on Santiago city buses. From the bus stop on Av. Andrés Bello, the mall entrance is a short walk of under two minutes.

From Plaza de Armas, head northeast along Av. Libertador Bernardo O'Higgins, then continue via Av. Providencia toward the Costanera Center complex. The fastest route follows Av. Andrés Bello, which runs directly in front of the tower. Avoid this route during weekday peak hours, when congestion on Av. Providencia and around the Costanera Center entrances can more than double your journey time.

Parking

Costanera Center has a large multi-level car park available to visitors, with service until 11pm. The current parking rate is CLP 28 per minute, approximately US $1.68 per hour at current exchange rates. Payment can be made via the Mi Mall app, which allows you to pay without queuing at a machine or at on-site automated kiosks.

Accessibility at Sky Costanera

Sky Costanera is accessible via elevator throughout the Costanera Center complex, from the car park and mall levels up to the observation deck. Tobalaba metro station is equipped for accessible access. The walk from Tobalaba to the Sky Costanera ticket area is entirely indoors and step-free for most of the route.

Taxi or ride-hail drop-off on Av. Andrés Bello provides the shortest outdoor walk to the mall entrance. The observation deck itself is reached by a high-speed elevator, with no stairs, making it accessible for wheelchair users or guests with limited mobility.

How to enter Sky Costanera

Sky Costanera has two entry points, both leading into the same ticket and security area at the base of Gran Torre Santiago.

  • Mall internal entrance: The primary entrance for most visitors. Access through any of Costanera Center's main mall doors, following Sky Costanera signage from the ground floor toward Gran Torre Santiago. This is the route for all visitors arriving via Tobalaba metro, bus, or the mall car park.
  • Tower lobby entrance (Av. Andrés Bello): A direct street-level entrance at the base of Gran Torre Santiago, fronting Av. Andrés Bello. Best for visitors arriving by taxi or ride-hail who want to avoid walking through the mall. Both entrances lead into the same ticket validation and security checkpoint before the high-speed elevators.
